About Our Service
Regional Electrical & Communications Services LLC (REC) will provide electrical services of all kinds including the placement of new electrical wiring and associated necessary equipment and attachments that may be required both by engineered design and the National Electrical Code as Prescribed by the NFPA in new and or existing structures. REC will provide these services in both Commercial and Residential settings. REC will also provide any electrical repair services that may be required of any customer of REC. REC will provide installation and maintenance of certain security and alarm systems. REC will provide any other services that are allowed under its license issued by the State of Florida.
Our Customers
Government service agencies, builders, general contractors large and small businesses, and residential customers primarily in Polk County, Florida, and surrounding counties. Nothing will prohibit REC from providing services to any of these entities anywhere in the State of Florida.

Principal Members
Roger Forshay is President, and primary license holder for the provision of electrical services. Roger is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Roger will provide design estimates, pricing, construction, and maintenance services to REC’s customers.
